FACTS ABOUT B’VILLE
A peace accord granting broad autonomy and promising referendum on independence was signed in August 2001 at Arawa. Peacekeepers replaced by smaller transition team in 2003, a constitution were adopted in 2004 and a government was elected in 2005.
